We have a policy that “our valued customers are our assets” and we would like you to share your views on your experience by using our website and the deals we have placed in order to bring improvement and to come up to your expectations. We always want you to have a great experience with QBWAOW. If you use our service vouchers before its promotional value expires or within the refund period and are disappointed by your experience, we will work with you to find out the reasons and will address your concerns to make it right for you and going forward in future.

For both service vouchers or products bought from our website, the refund claim time is 2 days (48 hours) starting at the time of that particular service or product delivered to you at your doorstep. Any refund request made after the refund claim time, will not be entertained.

In addition, we will always honor your refund requests if a business closes permanently, or a business refuses to accept your unredeemed coupons/voucher etc.
